Mindful Monday is a virtual weekly Zoom class from 6-7pm PST. Each Monday, we focus on a theme for self-growth and introduce different mindfulness techniques like guided meditation, breathwork, principles of yoga, live journaling and other healing arts to deepen our understanding of each theme.
